Zombies - that's why we can and pickle

Do you know how to preserve food without the use of electric refrigerators? Let us teach you how to pressure-can some meat and how to turn your cabbage into sauerkraut. Hands-on instruction also includes all materials and ingredients. At the end you get to take home a jar of preserved meat (chicken/beef) and a jar of sauerkraut.

When: 12-3pm

Where: Fraternal Order of Eagles (17 Elm St, Toronto, ON M5G 1H1 - 5min walk from Dundas Station)
