Doug Getgood, The Woodsman, the Poet

Friends – who have not yet turned Who have learned their lessons well Who have your back when Zombies attack And will send them back to hell

A baseball bat, to knock them flat Then splat them on the floor Decapitate the ones who ate Your friends who are no more

Safety zones when out alone When out there in the field Food and water for the endless slaughter Fight and never yield

Don’t give up when a skull a cup Is rotting at your side When your only hope is to strive and cope To escape this genocide

Wise in allies – each plies their part To form a union of the heart To start to beat these Zombies back Who hunger for our hearts to snack

We must use our minds to find a way To make it through another day To turn the tide – provide – revamp This I learned at Zombie Survival Camp
