It is important to workout your chest often, because it is one of the hardest muscles to develop and the most difficult to maintain. By getting creative you can work different parts of your chest and hit other muscle groups like your shoulders or triceps. If you are working out at home, you can do these exercises on the floor with cans or anything else that you can grip comfortably.
HOW TO DO IT:
Arch your back and squeeze your abs. You should be able to fit an arm between your lower back and the bench when you are preparing to lift.

When you grab the bar make sure your arms are 90 degrees from your torso, this will make sure your chest is doing most of the work. Take a deep breath and slowly bring the bar down towards your nipples.

Exhale and push the bar away from you. Your elbow should never lock at the top; always keep it slightly bent.
