Resettlement

Sometimes we have audacious dreams and sometimes they actually become reality. The dreams I share seem to find their way into the world more often. I figure then it's worth a shot sharing this one with you.

I like to imagine a time when many of the wonderful people who have joined the ZSC community have begun to migrate to a promised land. Zombie Survival Camp has begun to build a home on it's very own land. The land will of course host our weekend camps, but will blossom in time to be so much more. It will be a place where our ethos comes to life. We will work together to build a sustainable community from the ground up.

Located near a small or mid size town, our ever growing presence will bring a spirit of excitement for how we can improve life together. Outside the obvious limitations of the crowded cities and suburbs we will have an actual stake in our future. We won't all live as one big family on a single plot like a commune from the 60's. We will be neighbours. We will be neighbours in a sense of the word that has been forgotten by most and never even known by many. Why wait for the zombie apocalypse to force our hand. We can build our own place in the world just as it is now.
